Our policy on service satisfaction and returns

Return Period

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may have the right to cancel certain service contracts within 14 days of entering into the contract. Because our end of tenancy cleaning services are often scheduled and carried out within this period, you agree that we may begin providing services before the end of the 14-day cancellation period.

Return Conditions

If you wish to cancel before we have started providing the cleaning service, you may do so in line with the Cancellation Policy below. If you cancel after the service has begun or has been completed at your request, you may be responsible for reasonable costs for the work already carried out.

Return Shipping Costs

We provide services at your property and do not ship physical goods, so there are no return shipping costs associated with our services.

Return Process

If you wish to cancel or raise a concern about the service provided, please contact us as soon as possible using the details below. We will confirm receipt of your request and explain the next steps, which may include re-cleaning or a refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

Once the cleaning service has been fully performed at your request, you may not be able to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 in respect of the completed work. This does not affect your rights if the service has not been carried out with reasonable care and skill.

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will review your concerns and, where appropriate, arrange for areas to be re-cleaned.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled cleaning service, please contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel with reasonable notice before we travel to your property, no charge may apply. If you cancel at short notice or after we arrive, we may charge a reasonable fee to cover costs already incurred.

Refund Procedure

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Where a refund is agreed, it will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable period after agreement. Any refund may take into account the work already completed and any re-cleaning that has been offered.

Faulty or Misdescribed Goods and Services

If the cleaning service is not carried out with reasonable care and skill or does not match what was agreed, you may be entitled to a remedy under UK law, which can include re-performance of the service or a price reduction where appropriate.

Consumer Rights under UK Law

This Return Policy is intended to complement, and not to limit, your rights under UK law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If there is any conflict between this policy and your statutory rights, your statutory rights will take precedence.
